Inside Loop 820 we're usually 20–35 minutes door-to-door. Off I-35W between downtown and Alliance we average about 25 minutes because we keep a truck rotating that corridor. Outer areas like Burleson, Keller, or far west Benbrook run 30–50 minutes. When you call we give you a real ETA based on where our closest truck actually is — not a canned promise.

Do you provide an itemized receipt for insurance or AAA reimbursement?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We email a receipt with our DOT number, VIN, pickup and drop locations, mileage, and the service line-items — the format insurance carriers and AAA reimbursement claims ask for. Just give us the email at payment.

Do I need a membership or a monthly plan?

Accepted Answer

No. We're pay-as-you-go, one call, one flat quote. If you already carry AAA, Allstate, or a manufacturer roadside plan we can still respond and give you the paperwork to file for reimbursement.

Yes to all three. Bring proof it's yours (lease, ID matching the registration, or the rental agreement on your phone) — we photograph it before opening. Rental agencies are used to this; most accept our paperwork with no follow-up.

Do you jump-start hybrids and EVs like a Prius or Tesla?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hybrids have a small 12V battery separate from the traction pack and it dies exactly like a regular car battery — we jump the 12V terminals under the hood or in the trunk. On Teslas we can jump the low-voltage battery through the frunk terminals; if the whole car is dead we tow flatbed with the wheels off the ground.

Can you replace my battery on the side of the road?

Yes. We stock the top group sizes for Fort Worth's most common cars and trucks (24F, 35, 47/H5, 48/H6, 65) on the truck, test your charging system first so we don't sell you a battery you don't need, and warranty the new one for two years.

For anything heavier or truly buried we'll refer you to a heavy-duty partner and not waste your time.

We bring two gallons on every fuel run — enough to get any passenger car to the nearest station. If you need diesel we carry that too; just tell dispatch what you drive.

Is your tow transmission-safe for AWD and 4x4 vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AWD, 4x4, and any vehicle with a locked driveline goes on the flatbed with all four wheels off the ground — the only way to move it without cooking the transfer case or center differential. That's the default; you don't have to ask.

Motorcycles: yes, on a flatbed with soft straps and a wheel chock. Lifted trucks: yes, we adjust ramp angle and use extended straps. Do you help rideshare drivers mid-shift?

All the time. Uber and Lyft drivers get priority routing during peak hours (weekend nights, DFW airport rushes) because we know every minute off the app costs you. Bring your driver profile for the receipt and we'll format it for a platform reimbursement claim.

Can you tow to a dealership after hours and leave the keys in the drop-box?

Yes. We do dealership drop-offs every week — Autobahn, Moritz, Frank Kent, Five Star, and the Alliance corridor stores. We photograph the drop location, drop the keys in the night box (or a lockbox you designate), and text you a confirmation photo.
